What published research shows about vibrotactile stimulation

Multiple peer-reviewed studies have found that rhythmic vibrotactile stimulation can entrain brain oscillations at the stimulation frequency. Separately, vibrotactile and audio stimulation protocols have been linked to measurable changes in stress, mood, and sleep-related outcomes in published research.
